I uploaded a workflow, decided to change the name, re-uploaded the workflow with the new name (it updated it) but the workflow with the old name was still there.

So I tried to:

Change the name back to the old name, delete the shared workflow, and re-upload it with the new name.

The case is, now that shared workflow is not on my ipad as a shared workflow, yet it is in the directory. So I can't delete it.

The name of the workflow is "Doc Generate."

I tried to upload it as "Generate Document"

Another issue is that I work from two diffrent iPads, so my shared workflows aren't synced.

Any way to sync shared workflows between devices, as being from the same person?

Not sure what happened there... Should I delete the "Doc Generate" workflow on the server or rename it to "Generate Document"?

That's not possible, sorry.

I'll just leave it as Doc Generate. It can be renamed if someone wants to rename it. I just wanted the name to be more obvious. Thank you.

Edit:

When I search for workflows by me, I still see the deleted versions of this workflow, which give a 500... error

Are they removed after some period of time?
