Can an undo delete be added? If nothing else than a shake to undo delete. I just deleted a script I spent several hours on. :(

Install shellista, in which case you can use git to backup your work!
You might try connecting to your computer, and using a file recovery tool.

Or maybe instead of deleting files, Pythonista could put them in a "Recycling Bin"-type folder, then from there the users can delete the files for good or recover them.
