I just want to know how to find what all the sound names are.

If you're on the iPad, tap the [+] button at the top (while the keyboard is visible), on the iPhone, touch and hold the cursor and select "Insert.." From the copy/paste menu.

That will show a picker with all built-in sounds and images (plus colors and fonts).

i am using the ipod. im still confused as to what exactly i need to do. does this need to be in an empty file?
