I am new to Pythonista on my iPad and I am trying to access an excel file that i have in a folder on my ipad in the files folder. can anybody help with using getting the directory where i have my file on the iPad and the changing of the directory. the code i have is not working.

Hi all. So i had to wipe my ipad clean and restart. so i lost my code that I used to change directories. so i ran the code that I was pointed to in the reply to give access. however when i use os.chdir to the directory, it keeps giving me an error that “no such file or directory”. is anybody having this issue in iOS15? or is it maybe I am not doing something correct in the chdir. any help would be greatly appreciated.

The alphanumeric identification code could have change if new iPad or new iOS.
