Are you able to make is so that tab moves forward with what you're entering inside a list like it does in Pycharm instead of tab actually tabbing?

Say you're entering this below and the blinking insertion point is between the d and the second quote (going to use pipe as insertion point):

letters = ['a', 'b', 'c', 'd|']

Can you make it so tab goes to the right of the second quote as if you're hitting the right arrow key? I'm just used to that in Pycharm.
