Hi guys, I don’t want to use the “P” word because I know it all too well is brought up fairly often, and I know and understand the limitations about what Apple and only native python modules are supported. So to that end, this thread is not about “why doesn’t pythonista support P&as” or “when will P.... be supported” or “please support P...” etc.
Instead, what I’d like to know is what other modules are out there that does big data manipulation that I can use within pythonista?
I’ve been playing with covid 19 data and trying to do stuff that I need pivot tables and merging etc. I generally stay away from most modules as I like portability, but for the first time tonight I tried P on my MBP and was blown away by some of the simplicity of using it.
The iPad I my go to device, and I’m not interested in other python interpreters for iOS. I LOVE pythonista and won’t be moving away.
If anyone could suggest ways to play with such data within pythonista, or other modules to try, I’d be much appreciative.
