ui.resizable_image() help

hello,

im trying to figure out gow to use this.. docs dont say if it is in place or returns and if i can use in a scene.Texture object. it will run without error but edges still stretch.. any thoughts?

Returns a new version of the image that contains the specified cap insets.

@cvp nice i wasnt sure it they were same func or not. By chance did you see anywhere if the inset is carried over to te Texture object?

@cvp ah yes i curently use size. what im trying to acomplish here isnt just sizing but sizing with inset.. ui.resizable_image does exactly this but seems to reformat completly when i make a scene.Texture to use in SpriteNode 😕
