I downloaded the iOS 13 PB3 OTA and tried installing it on my iPhone XR. I backed up the phone using iTunes before starting the install. The install started and then was at 99% for a while. So I left it overnight to see if it’ll finish installing. I checked the next morning and it was still stuck at 99%. So I restored the phone to iOS 12.3.1 and then tried updating to iOS 13 PB3. It worked and got updated. Then I tried restoring the backup from iTunes. After the backup got restored, the phone got stuck in a boot loop. I had to restore the phone to iOS 12.3.1 and then restore the backup from iTunes. Now I’m too scared to go through all this again. Is there any solution to all this? Does anyone know why this is happening?
