It would be great if omz could provide some update for the preinstalled matplotlib. I am particularly interested in the pyplot feature 'Plotting with categorical variables' which does not seem like it would be that difficult of an extension.

I think November 2018 was the only day last time I saw updating it with 3.0.2 version. I actually use to do scripting but has totally turned away to nursing dissertation writing service.
