On 2019 January 25th, I have the following todo list (Taskpaper) :

  • 190120 [10] buy tomatoes
  • 190121 go to Barcelona
  • 190122 do something
  • 190201 [7] call the doctors

which means I have 2 recurring tasks, one (past) on 2019 January 20th (recurring every 10 days), one (to come) on February 1st (recurring every 7 days).

I want to refresh this list, and keep it very unsophisticated : frequency only in days, to add to the original date, only if this date is past. After sorting the list, I should then end up with :

  • 190121 go to Barcelona
  • 190122 do something
  • 190130 [10] buy tomatoes #(this line changed)
  • 190201 [7] call the doctors #(this line unchanged)

I came up with a workflow using the Epoch time : Q&D refresh of recurring tasks

…and I got stuck …

Could anyone tell me what went wrong ?
