Pythonista 3 programs to appstore

vignesh

I just made an app in pythonista 3, is it possible to get it onto the app store by any means?

It is definitely possible to "convert" your Pythonista script to a standalone app. You will, however, have to convert the script from python3 to python2.

Yes! Provided it meets ALL the App Store Terms and Conditions.

Now you will need to go off and find out what the T&Cs are, which is probably what you should have done prior to starting coding. As a number of the T&Cs will no doubt impact on the initial requirements planning.

Then you will need to sign up to a load of Apple Contracts, signing away rights to Apple and setting up a payment path.

Then you will need to follow the Apple procedures for putting Apps up on the store...

(In short you were never going to get all the information you need from the above post!)

As I doubted anyone would tell you this, I thought I would show some Christmas Spirit!
And Google it for you!

Oh! Wait!
Build with the iOS 12.1 SDK.

So No, not really!

You will need the Xcode template here https://github.com/omz/PythonistaAppTemplate

@vignesh, probably best to read this thread first.
