Save Image causes Pythonista to crash with IOS 12.1.1

@msquared, I seem to remember that this is a known issue. You need to give Pythonista the right to access your pictures first, e.g. by selecting New file..., Import..., Photo library.

I tried to run the sketch example under user interface and it crashes. I don’t see how to get Pythonista to request photo acess. This is a new IPad.

@msquared settings/down in the apps list.../Pythonista/Photos/Read & Write
