I wanted to buy Pythonista 3 on the Apple US App Store, but Apple won’t let me.

Because I’m a final year, Mechanical Engineering Student, in South Africa. The South African App Store don’t have Pythonista and It will help me alot to have python on my iPad when I’m in class.
Is there another way to get the app?
