I reinstalled pythonista 3 on iPad iOS 10.2.

I cannot create a python script or folder. In this example, I am creating a python script named "uniquescript.py" in the default location.

The error message is:
"The new file/project couldn't be created"

The permissions may be messed up. However, I do have root privileges if this is the case, so I should able to change the permissions if needed.

It appears I can make folders but I cannot make any scripts (python, plain text, HTML, etc)

Solved.
The jailbreak tweak 'Xcon' interfered with pythonista.

Uninstalling it fixes the issue!
