After the update I went back to some of my documents and noticed that the footnotes seem to be broken. Am I missing something? Here's how I've always written the markdown:

Here's a footnote [^1]

some more text

[^1]: This is a footnote.

However was working just fine before the last upgrade. (I always put two hard returns between my footnotes and then they worked fine.)

Im having the same problem, foot notes are display correctly in preview mode. The footnotes are not stacked, its just one foot note.
