Hello,

I get this error when creating a new empty script:

"The new file/project couldn't be created. Please make sure that you entered a valid file name."

I'm just typing normally. Even something like "test" won't work. What's going on?

Pythonista 3 , iOS 10.1.1, iPhone 6+

@BlueGiraffe , not sure this will help, but worth a try. In Safari enter the URL
pythonista3://
This will open Pythonista and by passes some startup code. If it works may give you a clue to what's causing the problem

Is your device jailbroken by any chance? I'm aware that certain Jailbreak tweaks can cause this behavior.
