Isn't there a way to load files from outside the app for example from iCloud drive

@ismba98 , the real short answer is no. Nothing to do with Pythonista, it's apples guidelines about loading code. That may not be 100% accurate description, but it's close enough.
If you search through the forum a lot of people have come up with various soultions, eg Dropbox scripts etc. if you look at this Github repo, you can find various user tools

Personally, I execute a Workflow (app workflow) to select any iCloud Drive file, copy it to my Dropbox, then my Pythonista script gets the file from my Dropbox and copies it to Pythonista, all without any problem.
And I also use a scrip/Workflow In the other direction, from Pythonista to iCloud Drive.
