How do you send a text message with pythonista

You can't. Services like
Twilio charge a lot of money for this functionality.

See pricing tables on their website. It may seem cheap, but it counts up quickly.

That's not ENTIREly true.

Many, if not most, providers have a way to email-to-sms gateway. One could use smtplib to send an email to a number.
