How to get text editor in full screen ?

How can I get the text editor to go into full screen on iPad ? Right now the screen is split between the console and the text editor, I don't want that as I spend time only reading code

there is a little split screen button on the console side. make sure you switch from any open ui.View tabs or documentation back to console, the click the little split screen button.

Tap this button, then swipe right to hide the console panel:
