I just realized I don't see the snippets button on the keyboard in the latest version of Editorial.

Where is it?

Could it be that you turned off the extended keyboard option in the quick settings ("Aa" button)?

No. I do have extended keyboard enabled.

@TutorialDoctor , I just checked iphone 6s, ipad 2 air and ipad pro, all devices have the snippets btn. All devices updated with iOS and apps.

I am using the iPad 2 (the old one). Could this be the issue? I can take a screenshot.

They should. The snippets key is not shown for HTML/CSS/JavaScript though – maybe you've selected one of these syntax modes for txt files?

Ahh! There we go. Hmm. Didn't know you could set a syntax mode for a type of document. I thought it just detected the type.
