Dark Theme creates unreadable dialogs

In Dark Theme I am getting white text in white boxes, which is unusable. Without the Dark Theme my eyes are fatigued and so, until this bug is fixed, the software is pretty much unusable.

I can reproduce this, iPad mini 2 iOS 9.3 beta.

I can also reproduce this on iPod Touch 5g iOS 9.2 and iPad Air iOS 9.2.1.
