I've used the script omz provided to backup up my pythonista workflows. How do I now restore them into a clean pythonista install? I have them on my Mac now - have tried via iTunes and Open In… but neither seems to work. I know it's probably a basic question but haven't been able to work it out.

You can put them somewhere like Dropbox. Then, you can find the raw URL and use requests to download the zip and zipfile to extract all files
