I don't know python well and can't write python scripts. Have a strong technical knowledge and use pythonista for quite a few tasks at the moment. Is there anywhere I can go to have someone write a couple of custom scripts to improve my workflow? Happy to pay for the service.
There are lots of freelance hiring websites. upwork, elance, a google or stackoverflow search will probably yield others.
These forums are also full of folks who are happy to help with interesting problems, though you probably will not get a fully feature end to end solution. What problem are you trying to solve? Perhaps someone has already done it.
