Is there away to have playable videos in the console screen? By playable videos I mean one I can see click on a watch.

Many have tried. It's not easy. Check out these:

Unfortunately none of them display the video directly in the console.

There's no way to show a video in the console, but if all you want to do is play a video file that you have downloaded from somewhere, console.quicklook() is probably the easiest way to do this.
