It'd be great if the move file dialog got the same collapsing file navigator as the create file dialog. Creating a file:

I have a few modules in site-packages with lots of subfolders, which clutter the dialog.
Yeah, didn't get to it yet, but that's definitely on my todo list since I implemented the new "add file" dialog.
Great. It'd also be nice to have the option to move scripts into the app extension folder, I assume the sandbox thing doesn't prevent this because you can move things out.
Another suggestion is allowing subfolders of the appex folder to appear in the extension. Right now, you can fill subfolders with scripts, and then they don't show in the appex
