I really like the fountain support a lot, everything works great but I can't figure out at all how to export it as a print ready pdf as it says I should be able to in the description on the editorial website. Am I just missing it? Any help would be appreciated.

You can tap on "More Workflows…" in the workflow list, and add the "Fountain to PDF" workflow from there. It's not in the list by default because it's probably only needed by a relatively small portion of users.
