Can you tell me where are located images like Rabbit_Face used in Cards example or Green_Apple used in Cascade example ?
Where can I found the list of named images ?
I have the same question about sound effects like Click_1 or Coin_3 used in Cascade example.

On the iPad, you can tap the [+] button at the top while you're editing to get a popover with these things (images, sound effects, colors...). On the iPhone, there is an "Insert..." item in the copy/paste menu (when you don't have text selected) that does the same thing.
