Hierarchical WorkFlow Menu?

Olivierr137

Hi Ole

Slowly but steadily my WF menu gets more and more populated. In parallel to this evolution it becomes more and more difficult to reach or find the WF I want to use.

Therefore I'd like to suggest a hierarchical WF menu, similar to e.g. the bookmark menu of Safari, i.e. by using a folder concept.
The feature could be integrated as follows:
After pressing "Edit" pushing the "+" button could prompt for a name to create a folder and the mainenance of WFs and folders could be the same as in the file maintenance.

Looking forward to the comments of other busy Editorial's workflow users.
Regards
Olivier

Have you tried using tags to organize your workflows? When you add a tag in the workflow details, a filter bar becomes visible in the workflow list, so you can quickly show just a subset of your workflows.

I, for one, was unaware of tags. So thanks for mentioning them.

Ole, thank you for mentioning this. This certainly sounds promising and I will give it a try.
