If you tap-and-hold on the run button while you are looking at the console, Pythonista will run the current script without showing the Run with Arguements dialog.

I noticed that as well but thought that it was intended for some reason. It works fine if you are in the editor - just not when you switch over to the console. I am guessing that this could easily confuse new users.
Feature request: I would really love to have command history in the args dialog.
