Is it just me or this module is still missing in 1.3?

You're right, I accidentally removed that from the version that I submitted to the App Store, sorry about that!

It should be quite easy to install it yourself though: Just paste the entire text of this file:
xmlrpclib.py
into a script named "xmlrpclib". Afterwards, you should be able to import xmlrpclib in other scripts.
