I don't know if this would be possible, but maybe a game center module and we can pick achievements and implement leaderboards.

That probably wouldn't work well, as achievements and leaderboards would be global and public for all users of Pythonista. There would be one big achievement list for all achievements that all people have ever created, which would not work out very well. Same for leaderboards. It would also be very easy to cheat, but then again that is to be expected with an easy-to-read interpreted language.

I'm not sure about the technical details, but my guess would be that achievements and leaderboards could only be added in updates, as these changes would need to be performed on Apple's Game Center servers. It might not even be possible to remove leaderboards and achievements again.

Oh, and Apple would probably not approve of this idea at all.
